If you are not satisfied with InsightCrawl Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Eligibility

Our refund policy applies under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date
  • First-Time Purchases: Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of InsightCrawl Pro
  • Initial Period Only: Refunds apply to the initial subscription period only, not to renewal charges
  • No Abuse: Accounts with a history of refund abuse may be denied

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@insightcrawl.xyz within 14 days of your purchase
  2. Provide Details: Include the following information:
    • Your order/transaction ID
    • The email address used for purchase
    • Brief reason for refund (optional but helpful for improvement)
  3. Confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed through our secure payment processor. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Access Revocation: Once a refund is issued, your InsightCrawl Pro access will be immediately revoked, and your account will revert to the free version.

Exceptions and Special Cases

After 14 Days: Refunds are generally not available after the 14-day window. However, if you believe you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@insightcrawl.xyz and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Renewal Charges: Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. Please cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Technical Issues: If you're experiencing technical problems with InsightCrawl, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We're committed to resolving any issues you may encounter.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your InsightCrawl Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Free Version

The free version of InsightCrawl does not require payment and is not subject to refunds. You can use the free version indefinitely with no charges.
